Uncle Ben's long grain & wild rice

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken and wild rice

1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast
6 oz Long Grain Rice
2 tbsp margarine
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 ounce onion diced
1 cup whipping cream

Recipe Directions for Chicken and wild rice

  1. Dice chicken into bit size peices

  2. Cook in a skillet add Garlic power, salt and pepper, margarine. Brown lightly

  3. Place in baking dish.

  4. Preheat oven to 325

  5. Prepare Rice to directions on box.

  6. Add cooked rice to the top of the chicken.

  7. Dice onion and spread over the rice.

  8. Pour in whipping cream and bake in oven at 325 for 20 minutes.
