1 Serving Chicken
1 oz Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
0.5 tsp Pepper, Black
4 oz Mushrooms
1 oz Shallots
0.5 oz Garlic
8.667 oz Chicken Stock
1 oz Wine
1 oz Rosemary, Fresh

Recipe Directions for Chicken with Wild Mushroom Sauce

  1. Method:

  2. 1. Mix the salt and pepper into the flour

  3. 2. Dredge the chicken in the flower mixture

  4. 3. In a sauté pan, over medium heat, sauté the chicken on both sides until golden brown.

  5. 4. Remove the chicken from the pan, hold on separate container

  6. 5. In pan, add the shallots and garlic, sauté until translucent

  7. 6. Add the mushrooms, cook until golden brown

  8. 7. Add the wine, to deglaze the pan

  9. 8. Add chicken stock and reduce until sauce can coat the back of a spoon

  10. 9. Return the chicken to the pan with the sauce, and top with the chopped rosemary
