Spaghetti with meat sauce with chicken swapped for the beef and whole wheat spaghetti instead of regular pasta.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken & Whole Wheat Spaghetti

1 lb ground chicken
2 tbs olive oil
28 oz can tomatoes, diced
6 oz tomato paste
8 oz tomato sauce
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp basil, dried
1 tsp oregano, dried
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
16 oz whole wheat spaghetti

Recipe Directions for Chicken & Whole Wheat Spaghetti

Brown and crumble chicken in 2 tbs olive oil over medium high heat. Add onion and garlic, cook, stirring frequently until vegs. are translucent. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce and paste. Stir well, add basil, oregano, salt and pepper. Reduce heat, simmer for about 30 mins. serve over cooked spaghetti.
