Recipe Ingredients for Chicken and White Bean Chili

16 oz Ground Chicken
1 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 cup, chopped Onions
2 clove Garlic
0.75 oz 30% Less Sodium Chili Seasoning
2 oz Flour
520 grams Beans Cannellini
1 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow
1 cup Spinach
0.5 cup, sliced Squash, Summer, All Varieties
2 cup Light

Recipe Directions for Chicken and White Bean Chili

  1. Chop Onion and Squash into 1/ 4 inch dice. Mince garlic finely. Cut spinach into 1/4 inch wide strips. Mash 1/3 of beans into a paste.

  2. Sweat onion, garlic and squash until onion is translucent

  3. Add chicken and saute until fully browned.

  4. Add flour and spice mix. Stir in fully.

  5. Add chicken stock, corn and beans. Let simmer 45 minutes.

  6. Add spinach. Let simmer 15 minutes.
