Recipe Ingredients for Chicken and wheat Rotini

48 oz pasta
1 garlic clove
1 cup mushrooms
1/4 cup sliced onion
3 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
6 tablespoons flour
3 cups Chicken Broth
30 oz chicken breasts

Recipe Directions for Chicken and wheat Rotini

cook chicken and boil noodles. In a separate pan, heat Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Once hot, add garlic, onion and mushrooms to sautee. While they are sauteeing, mix chicken broth and flour in a bowl and mix well. Once sauteed, add the flour and broth mixture. Stir until thickened, adding salt, pepper and lemon pepper to taste. drain noodles and put into large bowl. Cut chicken up and add that to bowl. Pour in your broth/veggie mixture and stir.
