chicken and vegitable soup: feel free to add as many vegies as possible, I like to experiment with whatever I have in the house and new vegies I find at the store.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken and vegitable soup

1/2 cup brown rice
1 cup lentils
2 chicken breast
2 1/2 cups spinach, chopped
2 cups celery, chopped
8 cups water
12 oz black beans

Recipe Directions for Chicken and vegitable soup

  1. Boil chicken, lentils, rice,black beans, and any seasonings you may want to add in water untill the chicken is well cooked.

  2. Remove chicken from water and shread into bite size pieces. return to water

  3. Add Celery and spinach.
