lots of fresh vegies make this a filling and yummy meal. serve with rice, noodles or by itself

Recipe Ingredients for chicken and vegie stir fry

12 oz chicken breast
2 c carrots
1/2 c onion
2 cloves garlic
1 c broccoli
1/2 c celery
1 c mushrooms
1 c green beans
1 c green pepper
1 c snow peas
1 c bean sprouts
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp soy sauce

Recipe Directions for chicken and vegie stir fry

  1. stir fry chicken in wok until well cooked. add carrots, celery and mushrooms.

  2. once carrots are tender crisp, add remaining vegies and soy sauce and steam until tender.

  3. serve over rice or noodles, or on its own.
