YUM! This is so simple yet very tasty and satisfying. Also, I used reduced sodium chicken broth, so if you use that, you'll intake about 2/3 of the given sodium.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken and Veggies Saute

3 3/4 ounces chicken breast, precooked
2 ounces broccoli
1 ounce baby carrots
2 ounces diced tomatoes
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 teaspoons light Italian dressing
1 tablespoon water
1 Pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to taste

Recipe Directions for Chicken and Veggies Saute

Slice the chicken into strips about 1-2 inches long, 1/2 inch wide. Place them in a small bowl consisting of the Italian dressing, water, and tablespoon of chicken broth; sprinkle in pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to your taste. Let that marinade about 5-10 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the broccoli and carrots in a pan over medium heat in the chicken broth until they first start softening. Add the chicken (leave the rest of the marinade!) and let cook for 3-5 minutes on medium-low. If the chicken broth gives out, add some water or Pam. Add tomatoes and cook for another couple minutes before turning off. Place the dish on a plate and drizzle the remaining Italian dressing marinade over. Eat up!
