Dark meat chicken with savory veggies

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken w/ veggies

Fresh & Easy Boneless Skinless Thighs
Sliced Carrots
Onion Red
Leeks, (Bulb And Lower Leaf-portion)
Soup, Cream Of Chicken
Full Circle Milk Organic Fat Free
Chicken Stock

Recipe Directions for Chicken w/ veggies

  1. Slice all veggies & toss with olive or peanut oil & whatever spices you feel like (I like rosemary & thyme with a little garlic)

  2. In a frying pan on medium high heat, toss veggies for several minutes until lightly browned.

  3. Remove veggies from pan

  4. Drizzle more oil into pan, then spread chicken thighs in the pan.

  5. Sear for 4.5 - 5 min on each side.

  6. Return veggies to pan and add salt.

  7. Mix cream of chicken and milk.

  8. Pour cream of chicken mixture, then chicken stock into pan.

  9. Simmer covered for 10 minutes.

  10. Remove cover & stir.

  11. Continue to simmer for 20 minutes or until you feel it's ready to eat, stirring occasionally to prevent burning.
