Recipe Ingredients for Chicken and Veggies in Peanut Sauce - copy

6 oz Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
453 grams Birds Eye - Broccoli Florets, Cauliflower
2 tbsp Regular Extra Crunchy
10 serving Liquid Aminos (BRAGG)
1 tbsp Oil Olive Extra Virgin
0.66 grams Kosher Sea Salt (Alessi)

Recipe Directions for Chicken and Veggies in Peanut Sauce - copy

  1. Cook frozen veggies according to package directions. Drain

  2. Add olive oil to a big skillet (or stir fry pan if available), and bring to medium high heat. Place the chicken fillets on the skillet and brown them on all sides until juices run clear (don't overcook!)

  3. Remove chicken from skillet and put on paper towels to absorb some of the oil.

  4. Cut the chicken in bite sized pieces.

  5. In the meantime, add vegetables to the skillet, along with the peanut butter and amino (a little less than a quarter cup). Stir well, until all veggies are covered in peanut butter and aminos.

  6. Add chicken and stir for less than 1 minutes. Remove from heat immediately and serve.
