A healthy pasta and chicken meal offering a wide variety of veggies.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken and Veggies w/ Capers

1 cup chopped onion
1 1/2 cups chopped mushrooms
2 cups chopped asparagus
1/2 cup broccoli
2 tbsp capers
12 oz chopped chicken
4 artichoke
4 cups cooked noodles
1 tbsp lime juice

Recipe Directions for Chicken and Veggies w/ Capers

  1. Cube chicken into 1" cubes

  2. Cook chicken in a small amount of cooking spray

  3. Boil water for noodles and cook for 10 minutes

  4. Pour in container of artichokes and chopped onions into pan with chicken

  5. Simmer for about 3 minutes

  6. Add in all other ingredients

  7. Cover and simmer for about 5-6 minutes

  8. Add in noodles and spritz with some lime juice

  9. Serve
