Chicken & Veggies with Balsamic reduction

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken & Veggies with Balsamic reduction

16 oz Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
1 Can Artichoke
1 cup chopped raw Vidalia Onion
1 cup, diced Mushrooms, Portabella
15 spear, medium (5-1/4" to 7" long) Asparagus
5 tbsp Vinegar Balsamic
3 serving Golden Cooking Wine

Recipe Directions for Chicken & Veggies with Balsamic reduction

Place chicken breasts in roasting pan and layer veggies over the top. Drizzle balsamic vinegar over dish and add wine. Roast at 400 for 30 - 45 minutes until chicken is cooked through and veggies are tender.
