Recipe Ingredients for Chicken & Veggie Stir Fry

1 pepper, sweet, red, chopped
1 pepper, sweet, yellow, chopped
1 small onions, chopped
1 squash, summer, zucchini, sliced
2 cups broccoli
1 tsp garlic, minced
1 1/2 cups rice, white, medium-grain, cooked
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
1 tsp olive oil
1 lbs chicken, breast, meat only, cubbed

Recipe Directions for Chicken & Veggie Stir Fry

  1. Heat oil in wok. When hot add Chicken and garlic, cook until no longer pink. Remove from wok.

  2. Let pan heat back up then add the veggies. Add 2 tbsp of water and continue cooking, stiring frequently, until veggies are tender krisp.

  3. Add chicken to veggies cover with teriyaki sauce and stir for an additional minute or two, until fully coated.

  4. Serve over cooked rice.
