Chicken and Veggie stir fry alone

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken/Veggie Stir Fry - no rice

1 pepper, sweet, red, chopped
1 pepper, sweet, yellow, chopped
1 small onions, chopped
1 squash, summer, zucchini, sliced
1 yellow squash, sliced
2 cups broccoli
1 tsp garlic, minced
1 cup sugar snap peas
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
1 tsp olive oil
1 lbs chicken, breast, meat only, cubbed

Recipe Directions for Chicken/Veggie Stir Fry - no rice

  1. Saute chicken until no longer pink. Remove from pan and set a side.

  2. Saute veggies until tender crips.

  3. Add Chicken back to pan and add teriyaki sauce, toss to coat. let cook for 2 minutes.

  4. Serve immediately.
