Hungarian style chicken and veggie stew

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken and veggie stew

2 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
115 grams Red Onion
71 grams Carrots
169 grams Potatoes, Boiled
150 grams Mushrooms
55 grams Baby Corn
110 grams Peas, Green
2 dash Pepper, Black
1 tbsp Paprika
10 grams Piros Arany
1 tbsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Chicken and veggie stew

  1. Heat the olive oil

  2. Put the chopped onion and diced chicken breast on the oil and cook it

  3. When half cooked add the veggies

  4. Let it cook for cc 5 mins

  5. Add the paprika and the piros arany

  6. Cook it on low heat until done
