Hearty and low cal soup, each serving 1 cups

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Veggie Soup

1 tbsp butter
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
1 1/2 cup sliced carrots
12 1/2 oz Tyson Chunk Chicken Premium White and Dark in Wate
1/4 cup quinoa
4 cups Cooking Stock
1 cups Cooking Stock
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp dried oregano

Recipe Directions for Chicken Veggie Soup

  1. melt butter and sautee vegetables (minus zucchini) for approx. 5 minutes

  2. add zucchini and diced/shredded chicken, broths, noodles and herbs.

  3. bring to boil, then simmer for approx. 20 minutes
