Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Veggie Skillet

2 cups peas
1 cup corn
15 oz tomato
2 potato, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 cups green beans
4 tbsp soy sauce, light
2 tbsp garlic, minced
3 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Chicken Veggie Skillet

Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Put chopped chicken in and brown. Add garlic and onion and brown that. Add potatoes until cooked partially. Add frozen veggies (peas, corn, beans). Once everything is heated through, add canned tomatoes and pour soy sauce over the top. Stir constantly until everything is coated. Serve by itself or over brown rice.
