Recipe Ingredients for Chicken and Veggie Quiche

6 egg whites
1/4 cup parmasan cheese
1 cup skim milk
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp garlic, minced
1/2 bell pepper
1 cup broccoli, chopped
12 ounces chicken
1/2 onion

Recipe Directions for Chicken and Veggie Quiche

  1. Cook chicken

  2. Cut veggies

  3. Mix egg whites, cheeses, milk, flour, and garlic.

  4. Add veggies and chicken

  5. Pour into a greased 9" pie pan.

  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
