chicken and veg egg rolls...adapted from a Hungry Girl Recipe

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken and Veggie Eggrolls

8 oz Broccoli Cole Slaw
1/2 cup Water Chestnuts (Sliced)
1 cup, grated Carrots
0.5 serving Mung Bean Sprouts
1 tsp Garlic Powder
0.25 tsp Ground Ginger
0.13 tsp Salt, Table
0.25 tsp Pepper, Black
190 grams Chicken, Thigh, Meat Only
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
12 wrappers Egg Roll

Recipe Directions for Chicken and Veggie Eggrolls

  1. put broccoli slaw in a microwavable bowl add 2 Tbsp of water

  2. microwave for 2 minutes

  3. drain excess water

  4. add all other ingredients other than wrappers

  5. mix very well

  6. lay out wrappers

  7. fill with about 1/4 cup of mixture

  8. fold in sides and then roll

  9. place on a foil lined baking sheet that has been sprayed with nonstick spray

  10. spray the tops of the rolls with nonstick cooking spray

  11. bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes
