Recipe Ingredients for chicken & veggie egg noodle alfredo

10 ounces egg noodles, whole wheat
1 pound chicken breast
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp vegetable oil
1 cup broccoli, chopped
1/2 cup cauliflower, chopped
1/4 cup carrots, sliced

Recipe Directions for chicken & veggie egg noodle alfredo

cook all ingredients seperate, using oil for chicken, mix all together and then serve with your favorite alfredo sauce, i use Classico Roasted Red Pepper Alfredo (lower in fat and cals)
