Recipe Ingredients for Chicken and Veggie Casserole

2 lbs. chicken breast
16 oz. frozen mixed vegetables
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/3 cup sour cream
6 oz. stove top

Recipe Directions for Chicken and Veggie Casserole

  1. preheat oven to 400.

  2. prepare stove top as directed on package, set aside.

  3. cut chicken into bite size pieces.

  4. thaw 16 oz mixed veggies.

  5. mix sour cream and cream of chicken together.

  6. add chicken, veggies, sour cream and cream of chicken mixture in 9x13in. pan.

  7. add stove top on top of mixture.

  8. Bake for 30 min. or until chicken is done.
