The easiest and breeziest casserole ever!

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken and Veggie casserole

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed
1 cup macaroni, cooked
1 cup fresh mushrooms
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 lb frozen broccoli
1/4 cup reduced fat sour cream
1/2 cup reduced fat cheddar cheese
1 tbsp butter

Recipe Directions for Chicken and Veggie casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Cook & season the chicken breasts with garlic.

  3. Cook the macaroni pasta according to directions on the box.

  4. Saute fresh mushrooms in butter.

  5. In a bowl, combine chicken, macaroni, mushrooms, cream of chicken, sour cream, add any type of vegs you'd like (frozen peas, brocolli, onions, etc)

  6. Spread mixture in a 9x13inch dish.

  7. Top with cheese

  8. Cook for about half hour or until cheese is bubbly.
