Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Veggie burrito

1 tsp olive oil
1 cup chopped bell pepper
1 cup chopped broccoli
1 cup chopped red onion
6 oz chicken breast (chopped)

Recipe Directions for Chicken Veggie burrito

  1. In large pan heat olive oil. Add onions & peppers. Add Chicken. Add broccoli.

  2. Spice up as desired. I used chili powder, chipotle powder, & cayenne. Can also add a tablespoon or two of salsa while cooking.

  3. Serve with low fat sour cream wrapped in a tortilla.
