An awesome combo on a cold night of chicken, cheezy broccoli, spinach, and rice all in one. Very filling and satisfying!

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Veggie Bowl

1/2 cup brown rice
1/2 cup broccoli in cheese sauce
2.96 ounces Perdue skinless chicken breast
10 ounces frozen spinach

Recipe Directions for Chicken Veggie Bowl

  1. First, boil the brown rice and cook the chicken breast for about 4 minutes, or more until cooked to your liking.

  2. Next, microwave the frozen broccoli and cheese until hot.

  3. Then, cook the spinach in 1/2 cup of water until thawed and hot, and drain of all water.

  4. Last, combine the rice, broccoli and cheese, and spinach in a bowl and add the chicken.

  5. Curl up on the couch and enjoy!
