Chicken breast in an easy and fast vegetable sauce.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken with vegetables

3 chicken breast
1 onion
1 carrot
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
6 cherry tomatoes
1 potato
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup tomato sauce

Recipe Directions for Chicken with vegetables

  1. Cook the chicken breasts with a little bit of oil in a pan and remove from heat.

  2. Fry the onion and add the other vegetables. When they are tender, add the tomato sauce and, at the end, the chicken breasts.

  3. Let it cook together for at least 20 min.
