Recipe Ingredients for Chicken and vegetables

1/2 lb chicken breast
2 tomatoes, quartered
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 cup frozen peas
1/2 cup chipotle sauce
1/2 medium onion, sliced
1 salt, pepper, cilantro to taste

Recipe Directions for Chicken and vegetables

  1. Fry the onions along with mushrooms

  2. Cut the chicken breast in bite size pieces

  3. Season chicken with salt and pepper to taste

  4. Add chicken to onions and mushrooms

  5. Add tomatoes and chipotle sauce.

  6. Add frozen peas

  7. Cook til the chicken is fully cooked and vegetables are tender
