Healthy chicken and vegetable mix is great for dinner.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken and Vegetables

16 ounce Chicken Tenders
1 1/2 Green Bell Pepper, sliced
2 cups Onion, sliced
1 cup Squash (Zucchni), sliced
2 cups Squash (Tatuma), sliced
1 cup water
1 dash Paprika (to taste)
1 dash Salt (to taste)
1 dash Pepper (to taste)

Recipe Directions for Chicken and Vegetables

  1. Place chicken in pan with seasoning and a cup of water on high heat until it comes to a boil.

  2. Then reduce to a simmer and place a lid on the pan.

  3. Put Onion and Bell Pepper in pan after 5 minutes.

  4. When onion is tender, place both squash in pan.

  5. Let simmer until squash is tender and then remove lid.

  6. Season again if needed and let simmer without lid to reduce juice until desired amount. * Meal takes about 1 -1 1/2 hours.
