Recipe Ingredients for Chicken and Vegetables

3/4 cup Bell Peppers, chopped
1/2 cup Asparagus, chopped
1/4 cup Carrot, chopped
3 cups Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs, cubed
1/2 cup Green Onion

Recipe Directions for Chicken and Vegetables

  1. Cook chicken in skillet.

  2. Drain most of the juice out after cooking.

  3. Add in bell peppers; stir fry for 5 minutes.

  4. Add in asparagus and carrot.

  5. If using General Tsao's Sauce, add in now.

  6. Let simmer for about 10 minutes.

  7. Add in green onions before serving.

  8. Serve over rice.
