Recipe Ingredients for Chicken and Vegetables in a cream sauce

1/2 cup rice
4 ounce chicken breast, sliced
1/8 cup onion, sliced
1/4 cup mushroom, sliced
1/4 cup broccoli, chopped
1/8 cup red pepper, chopped
1/8 cup carrot, sliced
1/8 cup snow peas
1 cup milk
2 tbsp olive oil
1 garlic clove
1 tbsp rosemary, chopped

Recipe Directions for Chicken and Vegetables in a cream sauce

  1. bring 1/2 cup rice to a boil in 1 1/2 cups of water

  2. add olive oil to frying pan

  3. add garlic, rosemary, onion and chicken

  4. brown chicken

  5. add vegetables and milk

  6. cook on medium temperature until sauce becomes creamy.
