Recipe Ingredients for Chicken & Vegetable Stiry-Fry

2 cups broccoli florets
1 vidalia onion, diced
1 cup carrots, diced
1 zucchini, diced
2 cups chicken
4 cups rice, whole grain
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp garlic, minced
2 tbsp vegetable oil

Recipe Directions for Chicken & Vegetable Stiry-Fry

Combine vegetable oil, broccoli, zucchini, carrots, onion and garlice in a stir-fry pan. Saute until lightly browned and remove from pan. Put chicken and soy sauce in pan and saute until done then put vegetables back into pan. Stir together for a few minutes and serve over brown rice.
