Recipe Directions for chicken and vegetable stir fry

Chop vegetables and chicken to bite sizes. Put chicken in bowl with some soy sauce. After 10 minutes, cook chicken on medium until just done. Remove, rinse skillet, then turn heat to high. Add vegetables, soy sauce, and oils. Stir until vegetables are satisfyingly textured. Add chicken and a pinch of garlic, continue stirring. Remove from heat.
