A quick stir-fry using store-bought sauce.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken and Vegetable Stir-fry

2 tsp canola oil
300 g chicken breast, meat only
1/2 tbsp cornstarch
1/4 tsp sesame oil
3 cloves garlic
2 g ginger, thinly sliced
20 g onions, thinly sliced
100 g red bell peppers, cut into thin strips
125 g baby corn, each split into quarters
80 g carrots, thin strips
60 g broccoli, diced
60 g snow peas, diced
250 g chinese cabbage, sliced
120 g Blue Dragon Chop Suey Stir-fry sauce

Recipe Directions for Chicken and Vegetable Stir-fry

  1. Cube chicken. Season and coat well with cornstarch and sesame oil.

  2. Heat 1 tsp oil and brown chicken. Remove from pan & set aside.

  3. Heat rest of oil. Sauté garlic, ginger, leeks & peppers for 1 minute. Add in baby corn and cook for 1 minute.

  4. Add in carrots, broccoli and snow peas. Cook for 1-2 min.

  5. Pour in sauce. Stir to coat well. Add in cabbage and cook till cabbage has softened.

  6. Serve warm over rice or noodles.
