10 oz Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
0.5 cup, chopped Onions
1 clove Garlic
0.5 cup, chopped Carrots
0.25 cup chopped Green Bell Pepper
0.2 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
0.5 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno
2 tbsp Canola Oil
1 cup, chopped Broccoli
1 cup Asparagus
0.5 cup Organic Chicken Cooking Stock
1 tbsp Corn Starch
1 serving Soy Sauce

Recipe Directions for chicken Vegetable Stir Fry

  1. Marinate chicken in soy sauce for 1 hour

  2. stir fry garlic, onions, Jalapeno, in oil

  3. add chicken with soy sauce

  4. add rest of the vegetables with chicken stock

  5. cook til tender about 10 minutes
