Recipe Ingredients for Chicken/vegetable stir fry

1/2 chicken breast, skinless
1/2 cup onion, sliced
1/2 cup asparagus, chopped
1/2 cup broccoli
1/2 cup mushrooms
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tbsp mixed spice
1 cup chicken broth

Recipe Directions for Chicken/vegetable stir fry

  1. Season the chicken breast with the mixed spice and a bit of salt and pepper to taste.

  2. Cut chicken up into medium sized strips or squares.

  3. Pour some chicken broth into a pan and place chicken strips/cubes in pan to cook.

  4. After a min or two, throw all of the vegetables in the pan to cook as well.

  5. When everything is nearly done, add the rest of the chicken broth to the pan.
