Yummy chicken vegetable stir fry!

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Vegetable Stir Fry

16 oz skinless chicken breast
2 zucchini
1 red bell pepper
3 carrots
1.66 lb white mushroom
2 cups broccoli
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
3 tbsp vegetable oil
3 tbsp garlic

Recipe Directions for Chicken Vegetable Stir Fry

  1. Cut chicken into bite sized pieces. Cut vegetables into bite sized pieces.

  2. Boil broccoli for a few minutes, enough to make it tender but not mushy.

  3. Put half the oil and garlic in a deep skillet over high heat. Add vegetables, saute. Remove vegetables from pan, add the rest of the oil and the chicken. Stir fry until chicken is done. Add vegetables back in, add sauces and salt and pepper to taste.
