Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Vegetable stir Fry with Brown Rice & Egg roll

1 cup Chicken, Breast, Meat Only, Cooked, Stewed
1 zucchini, cubed
1 cup mushroom, sliced
2 egg rolls, vegetable
2 cups brown rice

Recipe Directions for Chicken Vegetable stir Fry with Brown Rice & Egg roll

  1. cube up 4 fresh chicken breasts, skinless and boneless.

  2. Cube up zucchini, prepare broccoli and slice green bell peppers. Prepare brown rice and egg rolls according to package directions.

  3. Throw chicken into warmed skilled sprayed with olive oil cooking spray. Let chicken cook till almost done. When just about done, add veggies and let simmer until veggies are warm and chicken is done. Serve with 1 cup rice and 1 egg roll.
