Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Vegetable Soup

36 oz Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
0.5 Glass Wine
1 medium Sweetpotato
18 tbsp chopped Onions
6 clove Garlic
1 medium Green Bell Pepper
2 cup Cauliflower
3 cup, chopped Carrots
2.5 cup, mashed Squash, Winter, Acorn
1.5 cup Rice, Brown, Long-grain, Cooked
3 Teaspoon Juice
1 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Chicken Vegetable Soup

Cube raw chicken breasts, add seasonings, and onion, green pepper and garlic; sautee in pressure cooker with 1 tsp olive oil; add all other ingred except squash and rice, cover generously with water and bring to pressure for 20 minutes. Add rice and squash, heat through and serve.
