Simple chicken and vegetable soup

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Vegetable Soup

4 cups water
2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 chicken breast
1 1/2 cups celery
1 1/2 cups carrots
1/2 onion
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons chicken bouillon
1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Recipe Directions for Chicken Vegetable Soup

  1. Heat oil over medium heat

  2. Cook onions and celery until celery just begins to soften

  3. Add carrots and garlic and cook until the carrots just begin to soften

  4. Cube chicken, add chicken and all remaining ingredients except water

  5. Cook until chicken is lightly brown and all vegetables are tender

  6. Add water and simmer for 30 minutes
