Delicious low fat and low salt soup loaded with anti oxidents.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Vegetable soup

3 tablespoons olive oil
96 ounces chicken broth
13 ounces pasta
8 ounces mushrooms
1 red onion
9/20 pound asparagus
8 ounces carrots
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1.38 pounds chicken
1 tbsp corn starch
28 ounces of diced tomatos
1 tablespoon cornstarch
3 ounces parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Chicken Vegetable soup

  1. Precook Barilla whole grain pasta to al dente, drain, put back into pot, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt, garlic power, and dash of pepper

  2. Use other seaonings as each ingrediate is cooked, thus seasoning each layer

  3. Using a dutch over, sautee mushrooms, onions, & asparagus individually until al dente, set aside

  4. Sautee chicken in same dutch oven, set aside

  5. Add College Inn light salt - fat free chicken broth to dutch oven deglazing pan, then add corn starch to thicken

  6. Cook carrots in 1/2 inch of broth until al dente, set broth cook down, deglaze pan, set aside

  7. Drain Tuttorossa diced tomotos removing as much liquid as possible

  8. Put all cooked ingrediants, drained Tuttorossa diced tomotos and remaining seasonings into dutch oven. Bring to a boil and boil for about 5 minutes.

  9. Turn off dutch oven, add pasta.

  10. Save 3 slices of parmesan cheese per person.

  11. Serve soup generously topped with crotons and cheese.
