Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Vegetable soup

8 cups chicken broth, low sodium
2 cups chopped chicken
1 cup corn
10 oz green beans
12 oz carrots
2 potatoes, cubed
1 onion, diced
1 stalk celery, chopped

Recipe Directions for Chicken Vegetable soup

  1. Cook chicken in 8 cups water, about 1- 2 hours.

  2. cool

  3. strip carcass of meat.

  4. add frozen and fresh chopped vegetables.

  5. return chicken to soup.

  6. Season with 1/2 tsp thyme and a 1/4 tsp rosemary

  7. Salt and pepper to taste

  8. simmer 2 hours
