Recipe Ingredients for Chicken & Vegetable Soup

10 cups water
11 pound chicken, deboned, cubed
14 1/2 ounce tomatoes, diced
30 ounce tomatoes, Rotel
16 ounce baby carrots
10 ounce spinach
12 ounce green beans
8 ounce peas
16 ounce lima beans
16 ounce black-eyed peas
4 stalks celery, diced
2 large bell peppers, diced
2 large onions, diced
3 tbsp garlic
1 tbsp red pepper

Recipe Directions for Chicken & Vegetable Soup

Cut chicken up into pieces. Cook in 10 cups of water. Debone chicken and cut into bite size pieces. Combine all ingredients with broth. Bring to a boil and then cover pot and cook for 1 hour on simmer.
