This is a great alternative to chicken noodle soup.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken and Vegetable Soup

4 chicken bouillon cubes
8 cups water
2 c cooked chicken breasts
1 1/2 cups carrots, chopped
1 1/2 cups celery, chopped
2 tsp thyme
2 tsp marjoram

Recipe Directions for Chicken and Vegetable Soup

  1. Dissolve bouillon cubes in water.

  2. Bring the broth to a boil in a large stockpot or Dutch oven.

  3. Add all of the ingredients.

  4. Reduce heat and simmer one hour.
