Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Vegetable Soup

10 cups of chicken broth
15 ounces canned red beans
15 ounces canned corn
15 ounces chopped tomatoes
3 cups chopped carrots (290 grams)
3 cups chopped celery (315 grams)
1 large onion - chopped
1 salt
1 pepper
2 tbsp thyme
2 tspb rosemary
3 cloves of garlic - chopped

Recipe Directions for Chicken Vegetable Soup

  1. After you have taken all of the meat off of a carcus, boil two chicken carcases until the bones become soft...at least four hours OR use boxed low sodium chicken broth

  2. Remove bones and add fresh ingredients - onions, celery.

  3. Simmer until cooked.

  4. Drain and add 1 can of red beans and 1 can of corn.
