Chicken Vegetable Soup (1 Serving 2 cups =480g)

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Vegetable Soup

1 1/2 cup carrots
2 medium potatoes
2 cups celery
21 oz. chicken tenders
1 pinch of salt
2 small tomatoes
1/2 garlic clove
1 pinch of cumin
6 cups water

Recipe Directions for Chicken Vegetable Soup

Slice and dice all vegetables starting with the carrots, potatoes and then celery. Once vegetables have been cut, add them to 3 cups of boiling water. Add chicken immediately after the vegetables. In the blender, mix 2 small tomatoes, 1/2 garlic clove, pinch of salt, pinch of cumin and 3 cups of water. Then, add to vegetables and chicken.
