1 large carrot, chopped
1 stalk of celery, chopped
1/4 onion, chopped
10 new potatoes, chopped
8 cups chicken broth
1 lbs olive oil

Recipe Directions for Chicken and vegetable soup

  1. chop all vegetables

  2. add olive oil to pan and cook onions, carrotts, celery with garlic and seasons

  3. boil new potatoes in chicken broth

  4. add vegegies to broth

  5. add more seasoning, balsamic vinegar
