Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Vegetable Soup

3 cups chicken stock
2 cups chicken, cooked
2 potatoes, diced
1 onion
3 stalks celery
5 carrots
1 cup lentils
4 cups water
1/2 cup broccoli
1/2 cup spinach
1/2 cup green beans
2 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic

Recipe Directions for Chicken Vegetable Soup

Sautee onion, celery, and garlic in oil. Add stock, carrots, water, potatoes, and lentils and cook 40 minutes, or until lentils are soft. Add vegetables and chicken, and cook until all is cooked.
