Zucchini and tomato soup with chicken

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Vegetable Soup

1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
6 cups chicken broth
3 large tomatoes
1 medium onion
1 medium zucchini
1 cup kale
1 carrot
1 T olive oil
1/2 t thyme
1 1/2 t granulated garlic
1/4 t black pepper

Recipe Directions for Chicken Vegetable Soup

  1. boil chicken in broth

  2. saute onion, carrot and zucchini in oil for 15 min

  3. Add sauted vegetables to chicken

  4. Add tomatoes, kale and thyme

  5. simmer 30 min
