Recipe Ingredients for Chicken and Vegetable Soup

1 cup boneless, skinless chicken breast, chopped
2 tomatoes
12 oz chicken broth
1 cup water
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 red bell pepper, diced
1 zucchini, chopped
1 squash, chopped
1/2 lb baby carrots, chopped

Recipe Directions for Chicken and Vegetable Soup

  1. Cook carrots first with broth, salt and pepper and tomatoes.

  2. Add rest of the veggies and chicken and cook until done.
