Indian style curry Chicken soup with Carrots, Sweet Peas and Corn Soup.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Vegetable Soup

1/4 cup onion, diced
1 (62.g) plum tomatoe, diced (62.g)
1 (62.g) plum tomatoe, diced (62.g)
2/3 cup (85.0 g) sweet peas
1 ear, yields (77.0g) corn, sweet, yellow
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp curry powder
8 cups water
1 chicken breast, diced
5 medium carrots
5 slices ginger root, thinly chopped
5 cloves garlic, thinly chopped

Recipe Directions for Chicken Vegetable Soup

  1. Brown Onions in olive oil for few minutes, add ginger, garlic, salt and tomotoes and fry for 2-3 minutes,, add curry powder, fry until the mixture looks cooked or until the tomotoes looks cooked and curry powder is turned darker.

  2. Add chicken breast and cook for 5-6 minutes or until the chicken breasts looks cooked. Or you could cook the chicken in seperate pan and then add the cooked chicken to mixture below or if you prefer to have the chicken cooked in water or broth along with vegetables, your choice!

  3. Add, sweet peas, corn and cut up carrots to the mixture and add about 2-3 cups of water. Boil until the vegetables looks cooked and serve. I kept on adding more water as the vegetables were cooking and the water was boiled down. You could use chicken or vegetable broth instead of water to give soup a rich taste.
