Hearty soup with chicken and fresh veggies without the guilt

Recipe Ingredients for chicken vegetable soup

2 boneless chicken breast halves
2 medium zuccini (sliced)
2 medium yellow squash (sliced)
3 carrots (sliced)
2 leeks (sliced)
10 asparagus spears (cut in 2 inch pieces)
15 oz chick peas (rinsed)
15 oz black beans (rinsed)
30 oz diced italian tomatoes
30 oz low sodium chicken broth
1 tsp basil
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder

Recipe Directions for chicken vegetable soup

Dice chicken and brown until done, add all the other ingredents and cook until veggies are tender makes 24 servings. Enjoy!!!
